Clean environment, friendly employees, quick service. I originally stopped only to use the restroom (toilet was clean, sink was filthy, floor was wet) but after walking in a scent caught my nose and made me hungry. Coffee was perfectly crafted and my food items were prepared to my liking. I deducted stars for the appearance of the bathroom and the pain in the butt it is to exit the location due to traffic.
I was visiting new milford back in November and stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts location - they shorted me a sandwich back then, but I didn’t notice until I was too far away to turn back around. I’m back visiting again and just got shorted an order of hash browns this time. The employees at this location need to get it together! Smh
This Dunkin is easy to spot from the road and on a Saturday morning there was plenty of parking. The menu is the Dunkin standard. The restaurant and restroom were clean. The staff was helpful and I received my order quickly.
Coffee and service are superb.
