Consistent cleanliness around property. Maintenance addresses issues quickly and thoroughly. The staff is helpful and cheerful, the leasing office go above and beyond for their residents. The property is quiet and one cannot hear their neighbors. Staff addresses questions quickly in person/over the phone. The community is youthful and professional, and the location is perfect! The building offers great prices which are hard to beat in Norwalk. In addition, up the street theirs a grocery store, bar, restaurant, and training options such as gyms, cycling classes, etc. Overall I feel the location, price, and amenities add up to great value which is hard to beat. I highly recommend THE CURB!
