I am a repeat customer and was previously very happy with the service I received at Wilton Jewelers. I recently ordered a gold chain and was told it would take a few days for the chain to arrive.nI waited a week and left a message asking for the status of the chain. I did NOT receive a call back. I waited a second week and left another message. I stated that if there was an issue acquiring the chain to please let me know. I did NOT receive a call back. It has been 3 weeks and Wilton Jewelers has never contacted me.nThere are many jewelers in this area and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Exceptional service! Came here for my wedding band and was not disappointed. They were able to order exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. When the ring came in a bit too big (.25 of a size), they were able to resize it and return it back to me same day.
Kellie and Howard deliver a fabulous product and experience. I trust their guidance.
I'll never do business with these people again.
