Michael was very helpful and responsive when we were renewing our insurance policies with Allstate. He helped us save some money and made the insurance renewal process relatively painless. Everyone in the office was very professional, which was a nice contrast to some of the other insurance companies I dealt with who were either hard sell or indifferent.

I have had Mike Saunders as my Allstate agent for over 15 years. I can't speak more highly of him!!!!!!nHe has always been extremely professional, competent, thorough, helpful, patient, understanding, and always available. His demeanor is always calm, collected and kind!!!nThere has never been a time over these more than 15 years that he has not been there to answer any and all questions that I have had.nAny problem that I have called about, he has QUICKLY answered and or fixed the problem.
