STILL GREAT SERVICE.nn12 years ago , I bought all my kitchen appliances from Albano. They were efficient , helpful and patient , teaching me how these “techy”nAppliances worked . Until several weeks ago , when my built in microwave stopped heating . I called an appliance repair guy, who said , would be less expensive to replace it. I made a couple of calls to local appliance stores, Got the run around .Because this microwave is below a cabinet and above a gas range , it requires a special “ kit”, a box like brace .to hold the appliance in place .nNo one had ever heard of this essential kit .Nothing is easy . Frustrated ,nI called Albano , and sent Joe DiNapoli ( sakes) some photos.nHe got back to me a few minutes later with an estimate . THRILLED , I accepted . However , it would take a couple of weeks to get microwave and 4-6 weeks to get the Kit.nI was lost without the basic microwave to reheatnFood . I called Joe and he offered to get me a loaner , free of charge . This was right before thanksgiving .nI was thrilled . They even delivered it and set it up for me.nThis was unexpected , and above and beyond . Last week , they called to say everything was in( earlier than expected ) And could they come and install Everything . The techs came , masked , and got the job done , and they disposed of the old microwave, and took away my loaner !nI had a excellent experience . Again.nI highly recommend Albano, in Pound Ridge , service and sales are professional and responsive .nVery impressive .

An excellent experience on all fronts. Great selection of appliances of all price ranges especially premium brands. We ordered all of our appliances through them and they provided excellent service from advice to ordering to delivery to installation to warranty repair/replacement. They even have a chef (Jehan) on staff to walk you through and show the finer details of your installed products. Jehan was particularly helpful for us with product selection as well. Fred Albino has a fantastic team.

Fred and his team were awesome! We arrived this morning to check out a range we were pretty sure we wanted to buy, and last minute sprung it on him that we’d like to take it home with us today. They carefully wrapped it up and got it safely loaded in our vehicle. Beautiful showroom and knowledge staff. Highly recommend!

We have lived in the area for over 25 years and have purchased most if not all of our applicances from Albano. We have seen the store change and expand over the years, but the one thing that has not changed is the quality of service you will receive here. I went in today looking for a replacement knob for my 88 year old mother’s ancient dryer and voila- the service and parts department produced one, no charge.nI would recommend Albano 100% to anyone looking at appliances. I have always found their pricing to be very competitive. Their installers and salespeople are top notch. It is an extremely reputable family business!
