We suspect that some critters invaded our attic. They were thorough in their inspection, and they discovered some holes that were created by the raccoons. Apart from that, they found out gaps on my roof that was possibly used by a raccoon. They told me that one of the raccoons ran out while there is still one that remained. After repairing the roof and the other damages, they installed an exclusion door for the raccoons. They took care of all my problems, and I am very grateful to them.
These guys are just great. They do a very professional job every time they been out to our property. We have had some major problems with insects early on after we bought this home, and the technicians have done a good job of keeping them away and removing such things as beehives even. We even had a problem with the raccoon about a year ago. Amazing how they were able to get rid of the thing. I didn't even know you could find someone in the area that captured and removed raccoons, and only called here because I had used their service for other problems. I guess I was kind of hoping against hope that there was some kind of service that they offered and they did. wow, that was really for refreshing. Glad I hired them in the first place, because I haven't dated anybody else since.
