I tried to make an appt today with them. They use a company called gloss to book the appt. The person I was texting was Gina. No one called me. This was all done through texting. She asked to send the groupon voucher through text before the appt. I told her I am not comfortable doing that as that would mean I wouldn’t be able to change it if something happened with their business or no longer taking groupons. Gina was the person behind the phone texting me. Which She does not work for the salon but for the booking company called Gloss. When I told her I wasn’t comfortable sending the voucher to her. These were her words to me. “ I am the online appointment booking person I have been booking appointments for the salon for over seven years as they’ve been taking Groupon over seven years and I’ve never had an issue If that’s how you feel then maybe you should just ask Groupon for a refund and book your appointment at another salon. This is the rules of the salon it’s very busy and it keeps Clients from making an appointment and not showing up this proves that they have a voucher” At that point I said okay I will use another salon and will be leaving a review about your service. She proceeded to tell me the following: I just found your name let me go ahead and review you and google you and report this harassment. I said harassment?! I haven’t done anything to you. She proceeded to say don’t use this number anymore or I will call the cops. Not only was I told they would call the cops on me but she said she would google MY name and give me a bad review! This is what you get when booking an appt with this salon. I haven’t even used the salon. I just wanted to make an appt and I wasn’t comfortable sending the voucher online to someone I don’t know. I sent her a pic of my purchase but that wasn’t good enough for her. I will now proceed to book with another salon. Just thought you should know how your service is working for you. Probably have lost a few customers over this I am sure. Thanks

I never review places I go but I felt that I had to with this salon due to the exceptional customer service they offered my entire time there.nFrom the time I entered I was greeted with the smiling faces of the employees and the owner, Lisa. Lisa personally cut my hair and I couldn’t have asked for someone better, my hair came out perfect, we conversed the whole time and the experience was in and out. The shop was exceptionally clean and was very pleasantly air conditioned. Even with the high amounts of customers coming in and out, they still managed to make it a quick experience for me who was in a rush that day. I will be going back for all my future hair cuts, and I’m sure to tell my family to as well. I see some of these bad reviews and they are absolutely false, some commenting on the smell of the place, this being no where near true, it smelt like a normal salon with the nice smelling products that they have there.

I was recommended by a friend to go to Lisa the for the Cezanne Keratin treatment and haircut a few months back. I have since gone back for color and Foils and I must say I have never been happier with the results from all of the services that Lisa did on my hair. I Have had so many compliments and am recommending her to all of my friends. Judging on how busy she is all of the time that to me says a lot She is in demand ! The prices are way better than almost all salons in the area too. The salon is adorable like a little gingerbread house. As for the snobs that put the salon down they need to get real and stop criticizing and nitpicking and making things up due to their own unhappiness with themselves! Me and my friends love the place and if Lisa moves out of this location we will definitely follow her to wherever she goes because she is so nice and down to earth along with being a true hair artist! Give her a try !
