I love Joyride so much! It’s definitely my favorite workout that I do and the studio and instructors are great. I also have always felt so comfortable there. I can’t say enough! If you are hesitant to try it, don’t be, you won’t be disappointed!
Joyride is so fun! I love the positive vibes and super fun music. My friends and I love to go on the weekend! I wold totally recommend.
I love the Joy Athlete classes! They are a perfect blend of cardio and strength and the music is great. I always look forward to classes @ Joyride!
I’ve taken a couple classes and had some of the different instructors and so far they’ve all been great. I always get a lot out of the classes, making them worth the pretty reasonable prices. Everyone there is very nice and they all really emphasize the fact that it’s a safe, relaxed environment. Their variety of classes make it perfect if you are just starting, to which they are very welcoming about. Overall, I’m very glad I finally decided to try it out!
JoyRide Wilton is an absolutely amazing experience every time I walk through those doors! The vibe, the music and the workout is always top notch. I leave there each day feeling good about myself and the day ahead! I absolutely love it there and wish I could go even more often!
