Didn’t serve customers in the order they were placed. Waited almost 10 min for a frozen coffee with one person in front of me. Decided to prepare multiple food orders that were placed after my order. Was rude when I asked where my drink was. Also, didn’t wear mask properly. Pulled it down to talk to other customers who weren’t wearing a mask at all. Gross.
Lady who works the cash register ignored my whole order and just gave me what I didnt ask for....
The worst service for part of the cashier!
No Comment. Just looking at it, Not Worth it.
Don't go here between 8:00 at night and 6:00 in the morning. The employees just dissapear that or sit in back and ignore customers. Literally don't bother it's a waste of time get off the next exit and go to the Hope Street Plaza at least their staff is actually working for their pay
