Terrible didnt get wat i ordered he tried to keep stones out of another ring never mind he was rude and avoided phone calls item was promised by xmas didnt get it til mid jan i would go to valentines or even pawn job u would emd up wth something better my first mistske moving to conn never again i was hustled

John, the owner of Gach Jewelers came to my rescue when less than a week out from my destination elopement I damaged my solitaire diamond engagement ring. In dropping it on tile floor a prong was damaged resulting in my diamond becoming loose. John took great care in repairing the damaged prong and securing the diamond. He also appraised my ring, providing paperwork so I could make arrangements to insure my ring. The turnaround time was quick, and I felt a sense of comfort knowing that Gach Jewelers does repairs onsite, unlike many establishments which send jewelry to NYC for repair. This took place in late 2017 and I have never had an issue with my diamond becoming loose again. I highly recommend Gach Jewelers to anyone who is looking for friendly and quality service that can only be found in a long-standing family owned business.
