I've been with Adam Miller agency for better than 25 years, at that time it was ran by Adam Miller alone. Let me start by saying I have nothing to gain or lose by giving this review. But just as you would be more than glad to share with someone a great restaurant with good food, I share with you a great Insurance Company with the interest of its customers at heart.nI can only speak from my own experiences, and from time to time for various reasons insurance companies may increase their rates. But we shouldn't allow that to have a reflection on our agent. We must do our due diligence, contact our agent, and ask them to see if they can find us better rates. I've been treated with nothing less than the best of care with my real estate and auto insurances.nJulie and Mike I so appreciate your help and professionalism in this industry.nLongevity is not a thing of the past when you do good business. Thanks guys

After starting his own agency, his work ethic and professionalism clearly has resonated with the entire staff as they are a pleasure to work with. Worked directly with Adam. Unfortunately my experience was been disappointing. When negotiating a price for rental properties he made me feel like he had the last word. I thought the agents worked to make there customers happy, but after asking him to negotiate ONE home for me he acted like he was waisting time with me and was very reluctant to even get back to me. He broke ties with a client. Seems like he has enough work or customers that will do what he says. Not a team player. Or at least that was my experience. Hopefully in the future he will see his clients as part of a team, and not a nuisance.
