Very upsetting: One Star for no call backs, and no help. I see many stars for this business, so maybe we're just unlucky. Many years ago, we had a PREMIUM carpet installed in our master bedroom. We're from Newtown, and only chose Red Baron because our kids played baseball with the owner Bruce's son (a nice kid). The installers did a really bad job with a wall-to-wall seam, they put it in a conspicuous place, and did a sloppy job with the padding seam - leaving gaps and overlaps. Red Baron (Bruce) resisted having someone come out to fix it for us. We finally got them to agree, but they didn't fix the padding problem, which ended up month by month creating a bump crease nearly across the room, seen in my photos. Over the years, we called now and then to complain, and were always told there was nothing they could do; that we'd have to pay. Have any of you out there ever seen a professionally installed premium carpet look like this? So much for shopping local!
I called on a Wednesday afternoon and within 10 to 15 minutes the owner showed up at my house measuring my bedroom for carpeting. Great customer service and were able to install it next Tuesday. Beyond my expectations
Great experience. Carpet was installed with 24 hours of me choosing it. Installers were kind and professional. Price was very reasonable. Made it so easy for me.
1st time inside. VERY accommodating. Huge selection. Both new installations AND cleaning services. I'll definitely be back.
Red Baron employees and owners are polite and professional. Their work is superior! We have used them for over 20 years and have always been happy! We highly recommend them!
