My husband and I have bought all of our appliances from Associated for 23 years, starting when we lived in Stamford and they saved me when my oven broke right before Christmas. When we moved to Newtown, we were thrilled to learn about their Monroe location. Dave and his family are terrific. When our oven and refrigerator recently started to fail, they were very helpful in getting us replacements at a fantastic price, and made the rebate process very easy. Their installation team was wonderful as well. We trust them completely and will continue to buy from them, call them for any repairs (their repair service is also excellent), and recommend them to all our friends.

I have had trouble finding a good appliance company in the past, when ordering my new washer dryer I thought I would try out a local family owned business and I am happy to say they did not disappoint. The team helped me find the best set up for my home, size, quality, price range ext. Then did a great job with the installation. All and all, couldnt be happier.

I needed a new ceramic cooktop as our old one developed a crack. The technician came out and was very thorough in exploring and then explaining our options.nnThe company was very responsive in special ordering the item we needed and timely in calling for an appointment once it arrived. The technician, Timmy, was prompt, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile in installing our cooktop. He rerouted the existing electrical lines to give us more room, patched up a hole left in the cabinet underneath from the old cooktop, and then did a thorough job cleaning up. He then proceeded to explain all the features of the new appliance clearly.nnWe have made many purchases with Associated Appliances of Monroe and have always found their technicians to be skilled and knowledgeable and go above and beyond in their work.

I've been doing business with Associated Appliance for year. They never cease to amaze me with their knowledge, service and excellence. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends (and I have!!).
