I've been to Anna several times - the only one who cuts women's hair; she gave me a decent cut each time at a fair price. My complaints are: one time I called and was told (by the male barber) to come right down; I didn't need an appt because Anna was available. However, in the 20 mins it took me to get there, she suddenly got booked up and I ended up waiting about 1.5 hours to be seen! Then the last time I went, I showed up for my appt (scheduled a few days in advance) only to be told Anna was out sick. I sure wish they had called me to tell me not to come in!! Not worth the hassle.

Extremely professional, very personable staff. Very affordable. Only have received the general haircut but seems equipped for the normal salon hair wash and coloring.nnInteresting thing is that they use a straight razor with heated shave foam to trim the back of your neck. Always leaves the back of my hair looking as good as the front!nnAlways happy with Frank's, go nowhere else for my haircut.

This is the only barber that can make my thinning hair look decent. Worth the trip and worth the wait.
