Ruhi truly went above and beyond for me today. I was up late last night around 12:30AM searching for a salon to do my hair this morning for my professional headshots. I sent a message to Charlene’s on Facebook requesting a last min appointment and Ruhi happened to be up at that time and responded within a few minutes, telling me that she’ll text me in the morning to confirm my appt. She texted me at 7:30am with an appointment time for today, at 10am. I then asked if we were able to add color service and she was more than happy to add the service on at the last minute and had me come in a little earlier to ensure I would make it on time to have my photos done. I later found out that she is off today and she just came in to do my hair because she wanted to help me out and she knew how urgent this was for me. My hair came out absolutely perfect!!! She touched up my roots and finished my hair off with the most perfect loose curls. She was mindful of the time and made sure I was out of the salon to make it to my photo shoot in time. So excited to see how my pictures came out. I am so glad that I finally found an amazing hair stylist in town. Thank you Ruhi!!!
I’ve been going to Charlene’s for many years. I’ve always had great hair cuts and colors from all highly skilled girls that work there. Charlene and her staff are sweet and will cut your hair exactly how you want it. The prices are great and you will be very happy you chose Charlene’s!
They do a nice job with my son’s hair. I can almost always bring him on a walk-in basis. The stylists are polite and friendly.nnI’ve gone for my hair a couple times as well, with an appointment, and am happy with the results, including for a perm.nnThe place isn’t fancy but is clean and well maintained.
