As I am new to the spin experience, I felt incredibly welcomed. Such an inviting atmosphere with an instructor that motivated me from start to finish. If you have never taken a spin class, don’t be afraid, because the energy at this studio is completely positive... They will support your experience entirely!
Great work out concept, energetic crew but I wish some instructors do not wait until the end the class to turn on the fans, or make it sound like you need to earn it. I like to work out in a comfortable environment. And I really like to attribute my sweat to the intensity of the high cardio exercises rather than the lack of ventilation.

Been spinning at boost for 1 month. It's a complete body workout, from beginners to experienced you will love this!!! Owner Emily is so nice and motivating. Great team Joan, Zack, and Meghan great people. Extra clean place and always great music and lights. It's like going to the club for an hour only your getting an amazing workout!!!!!!
Boostcycle is by far the best spin workout I've had! The instructors are super friendly and passionate about what they do. The whole environment is modern, clean and extremely fun with LED lights etc. The 45 minute full-body workout goes by so quickly leaving you wanting more. Highly recommend, I'm addicted!
