This is the first time I'm reviewing this place. I dont do much of this at all but only when I feel its necessary. I live right up the road from this location so I use them frequently. I always order something very simple. 2 coffees one regular and one black. I have never experienced such a lack of accuracy on such simple orders. They have probably made 25% of all of my orders there correctly. It seems as if they hire young people who do not seem to care very much and/or lazy. Unacceptable. This place needs to start getting orders correctly or they will end up losing a lot of business for sucha simple thing they could fix.

2 months ago I went through the drive through and got hardly warm coffee. Today, I tried again, after ordering hot coffee with no sugar, I got lukewarm coffee with sugar, This is the WORST dunkin donuts I have ever experienced. Continue down the road to Derby and not only will the coffee be tremendously improved, it will even be less expensive!

I order like 8 times on the app and they always give me wrong order and if you go and order they will take forever to help you and still they will give you wrong thing

Their fast food is consistent and OK. However their drive through window gets orders wrong way too often. Usually don't get number of drink sweeteners ordered. Many times don't even get sweeteners! Also, when ordering toasted Bagel Twists, doesn't always happen. You get untoasted ones that they have ready to give you. So you don't get what you want but what they want to give you!nnThey need to step up their window service accuracy or just shut the place down!! I say go elsewhere if you want reliable window service.
