Jonathan the manager is awesome! He is always willing to help you. I have always been treated well at this branch. I have been a customer for many years.

The teller was socially awkward and isn't the best person to represent Chase. Also she didn't count my $20's out, but rather her machine spit out a pile of money and she just hands it to me...and looks weird at me as I counted it out, to ensure that the machine didn't gift me money or short me. Some folks aren't apt to be in a client services position. Management should work with them to improve. Seems like there are a lot of one and two star reviews. Thankfully I'll be headed home soon but those who love around would appreciate them trying to improve their lack luster customer service ability. I got what I need accomplished but wanted to share my experience, to give them insight.

My parents and I have been using this Chase bank for almost 20 years. The staff is always very kind and friendly. Everyone is extremely helpful and goes out of their way to help their customers. Joan always greets us with a great big smile & Johnathan has gone out of his way to help me whenever needed. One of the best banks out there mostly due to the wonderful staff. Thank you.

This review is not about Chase as a company, it's about this specific location. I've always had good experiences here. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. When I lost my wallet in college with banking information inside, they switched all my money over to new accounts with no problem, with new numbers and a new debit card. I'm writing this review though because I am blown away by the customer service I received today. I recently moved to North Carolina. Chase saw this information and also saw that there are no Chase branches in the city I'm living in. I just got a call from a banker at Chase in Monroe, CT to let me know that he is my personal banker for Chase and that even though I moved they will still help me with anything I need as best as they can over the phone. He said he specifically reached out because he realized that there weren't any Chase banks near my new home. Perhaps this was all done in a way to keep an existing customer, but I appreciated the call nonetheless. I wasn't planning on leaving Chase since I mostly use online banking, but it is great to know that my original Chase bank in Monroe is still there to help me sort through anything that goes on.

Went in to close my CD at 5pm. Was told there was no banker because they had to leave early. Shame on you guys for not having someone else come in so your customers can conduct business. Will not be using this branch again.
