It’s amazing! I look forward to my lessons every week. For beginners, this stable is amazing! They make sure you feel safe on your first day and they go at your pace, no rushing or anything. They make sure your comfortable with everything. They’ll even ask you if you want them to stay with you and hold on to the horse if your not comfortable or something. I love this stable and everything is good. The horses look healthy and the instructors are really nice! They are definitely animal lovers. Even if the horse is sick, they’ll sleep in the stable with them. This stable is definitely a 10/10!
I made a trip to The Stratford Stables today for the first time. It was cool. I enjoyed exploring it. The area surrounding it is dog friendly which is a plus.
Stratford Stables provides a wonderful experience for riders of all abilities, not to mention the property is beautiful and the trainers and staff are friendly and wonderful to work with! I would definitely recommend!
I cannot recommend Stratford Stables highly enough. Karen is an exceptional instructor. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable and is always mindful of her students’ safety. The stable is beautiful and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. I would recommend Stratford Stables for riders of all levels. After 6 months of lessons I see a great improvement in my riding and I look forward to my lesson every week. The stable is very conveniently located and is only a 45 minute drive for NYC.
We LOVE Stratford Stables! Karen trains our daughter with the perfect balance of love, expertise and toughness. Our daughter’s riding skills have exceeded our expectations because of the exceptional training here. The emphasis is dedication to the sport, safety of the rider and love for the horses. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, as are the Stables. This is the perfect place for experienced and new riders alike! And the environment is very low key and family friendly: It’s a Gem of a place!
