We are thrilled with the services our little one gets at Power of Movement PT. In addition to working with my child and drastically improving the muscle strength and alignment issues, they are going above and beyond to take all pandemic precautions. At first, it took my toddler a few visits to warm up and go in without crying. But our PT and all the other PTs are so wonderful that any therapist can come get her and she will run to them! POM is also amazing at navigating insurance and was able to work it out to use my benefits in ways I wouldn't have known how to do. I'm so thankful this office was recommended to us by our pediatrician. Our experience has been stellar.

Truly the best pediatric PT facility! Each therapist is so caring, intelligent and genuinely dedicated to providing the best individualized treatment plan. My infant son has been going to POM for several months now and has the pleasure of having two amazing therapists (Kim C and Chris E)! I cannot say enough about how outstanding these therapists are! As a pediatric OT with an NDT certification myself, I highly recommend POM on a professional level as well. The therapists are up to date on best practice and it is evident during the treatment sessions. The therapists provide me with thorough updates on my son's progress and carryover activities for home. In addition, the facility is meticulously clean and they use safe cleaning products for children (no harsh chemicals!). It has been a pleasure to bring my son each week to POM, where I know Chris and Kim have his best interest at heart, as well as Melissa (the owner) who kindly takes time to get to know each of the children! And a HUGE thank you to the administrative staff for working so diligently with my insurance to get them to cover the sessions, despite being out-of-network.Thank you, thank you! POM it's been a pleasure!

Is there a way to give 10 Stars??? This review is for Nicole Cuomo and the entire staff at POM!nPower Of Movement is one of the most amazing pediatric physical therapist offices ever! We originally spoke with Melissa to go over what was needed and she could not have been nicer! She explained exactly how the company works and what they do to ensure they go well above and beyond to help every person they can. Our first day at the office was right as COVID was hitting. Nicole Cuomo is our therapist and talking to her, it almost seemed like a life long friend. Our daughter took an immediate LOVE to Nicole! Nicole made us feel so comfortable working 1 on 1 with our daughter. Not only is Nicole an AMAZING person, but she has worked wonders with our daughter! She has improved her weakness more than we ever thought possible! She keeps in constant contact with us and has helped guide us in making purchases to keep our daughter's progress improving even on the days we aren't fortunate enough to have a visit. There are lots of physical therapy offices out there, but none have the compassion, love and dedication that you will find here!

Excellent team to work with. My daughter is very comfortable with her therapist. Our therapist - Karen is very knowledgeable, kind, patient and understanding. Our therapist communicates well with us, give me detail at home exercises to do with my daughter to maximize her results. I love the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. They practice good infection control and follow all the Covid 19 guidelines as noted by the CDC and NY State Laws. I’m especially pleased with their billing department. Overall, a very wonderful experience. I’m so happy I found them on google search. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were referred to Power of Movement by a friend for evaluation of our son’s motor delay and from the get-go Melissa has been informative, thorough and supportive regarding his treatment plan. Our son absolutely adores her. The office has always been immaculately clean, and now during COVID, even more so, with much attention paid to safety precautions. Additionally, staff was extremely helpful, and vital, in obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for services, often assisting with phone calls and emails so as not to delay care.nnWe would highly recommend POM to other families, and are so appreciative of the services provided for our own.
