I was led to believe that Circa would give me an honest appraisal and purchase price for my jewelry. I understand that they have to to make money on what they purchase but I have since realized that they gave me at best 20% of what my ring was worth. Please do no go this route if you have nice jewelry to sell. Do research ahead of time, try a jewelry auction or even etsy. I feel ripped off but should have known better.
Great experience, very easy to work with and friendly atmosphere. I don't have experience selling jewelry, but felt comfortable and well-treated here.
Only place i will go when it comes to buying or selling jewelery and watches! Great prices, especially for gold. Jeff is the best. knowlegable, professional, friendly and funny.
