Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Buyer beware. Inaccurate descriptions. Completely unresponsive staff at every level. When all of the bad reviews are saying the same thing, you have to ask yourself why? It is easy to have good customer service when you accurately represent what you are selling and the customer is happy. The challenge of any good business is to shine when you have unhappy customers due to errors and omissions on your part. It's a shame because they offer a nice range of merchandise, but what good is it if you can't trust what they are selling and the staff has no interest is serving their customers.
I found the site easy to navigate for the online auction. Excellent products and extensive descriptions helped make my bidding result in good buys. The pickup day was flawless and the staff professional. Thank you.
Well worth a visit if you are bidding on an auction item. The staff is very friendly and most helpful. As an auction house, they are top notch with this location and another in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
Overall it was the worst experience, dealing with unprofessionall and rude stuff. Do not recommend it for serious consignors or buyers. Remember!
