I've been a Manfredi customer over the years and have always had a terrific shopping experience. John Marna is the ultimate professional. He is sincere, knowledgeable, and provides bespoke service to his clients. It's been such a pleasure working with John that I've had the confidence to recommend him to friends and family. I highly recommend the shopping experience at Manfredi. The quality of their service and jewelry selection is outstanding!

Another fine experience shopping with Manfredi! I had a specific request of a certain timepiece and immediately I was provided with any steps the Manfredi team could provide to assist. I was provided real-time updates on when my piece would be in and each communication was of a thoughtful and caring manner. The gentleman I worked with directly provided a spirited and insightful approach in his customer service. I would recommend him and Manfredi to anyone important in your life for their products and above all, their service. Job well done again to the Manfredi team!

Rob was so amazing to work with! I’d been searching for a specific time piece for my husband’s birthday and Rob was so quick to return my call to confirm he had one left in his shop. He is very professional and made my purchase so easy! The gift was beautifully wrapped and shipped immediately (arriving the next day!). Thank you again Rob, I highly recommend Manfredi if you’re looking for something special.

This is a wonderful shop. The selection is wonderful and the owner, Roberto, gives amazing personalized service and will go above and beyond to satisfy his clients. Apart from being a great place to shop-the owners Roberto & Roberta are active in and give very generously to local charities. Manfredi is always my go-to for special gifts and time pieces-highly, highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer at Manfredi in Greenwich, CT for probably 15 years. Nothing better than buying from people you love and trust. This jeweler is a perfect example of why the experience between customer and salesperson still RULES the world. Every time I walk in and walk out I’m happy and comfortable. If you haven’t experienced what I have for 15 years go try for yourself!
