Signed up for 10 classes. Very good experience. Instructors are very knowledgeable and know how to challenge you, but at the same time find modifications if you need help with the poses. You can't go wrong choosing Becca, Robyn, or Michelle. I've tried all of their classes at least once. There were typically 3-5 participants in class, but once in a while there were 9 or 10. The temperature was hot but not overbearing, which works nicely with the flow of the class. Absolute pleasure no complaints
I continue to have the best hot yoga classes with Becca!!The temperature of the room is perfect; my muscles are loose and ready for a stretch/work out. The pace is great where I can challenge myself. The music selection and inspirational words encourages me throughout the lesson.
I like this studio. Love their hot yoga. Some instructors are better than others but overall very good :)
