I would highly recommend this company. Ed Carr was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His installers were quite professional and did a wonderful job installing a bedroom carpet and stretching two others.nThis is a company that is not only reliable but also trustworthy They stand behind their work. We installed the StareCasing system on our stairs after ripping up the carpet. Its such a wonderful idea/product…cutting it can be a bit of a challenge, but the final installation looks really great. A great company to work with, and we hope that our stair treads last for many years to come. We placed our order through Port Chester Rug and Linoleum…John and Ed were a pleasure to work with, and facilitated the entire StareCasing order from start to delivery. They are very responsive, and we greatly appreciate all of their help with the order!
From going to store, to Ed coming out to measure for wall to wall, to installation, it was one of the easiest, seamless (no pun intended) experiences I have ever had. Installers were great and really worked efficiently, quickly, and we're so clean. Didn't have to vacuum after they were done. All this was accomplished in one weeks time
Thank you Ed for helping us pick out the right floor for our kitchen, laundry & mud room. Your expertise, patience & personality are greatly appreciated. It changed the whole appearance of the rooms.
