The highlighted portions of this document are there because, I was kicked out of this store for not wearing a mask with a medical exemption, that I did vocalize and told her exactly what I have even though I'm not legally obligated to... I have COPD that is a breathing difficulty, I generally try to wear a mask but I had already been through 3 stores for the past 4 hours and I was having so much difficulty breathing I have been light-headed for over 50 minutes so I could no longer wear a mask... Or I would lose consciousness... I'm currently looking into the possibility of a lawsuit due to discrimination... You can't discriminate for a medical disability... And a mandate is not a law... But even that I follow it... I am medically exempt and I still try to wear a mask... Unless I am actively having breathing difficulties... Which she could tell by looking at me... I was still huffing and puffing because I couldn't catch my breath from breathing my own carbon dioxide... But I had been wearing a mask for 4 hours in 3 other stores before this was my last stop on my way home to get a cold drink...
