One of the employees was wearing her mask as a chin guard and I walked out. I found it pretty disturbing.

So sad. Port Chester DD can not get a order correct. I asked for a Med. Coffee with Milk no sugar and a egg sausage no cheese, she say no cheese i say correct then she asked me if I want the value meal, I say no just the Coffee and sandwich. She charged me for just the coffee and hands me the receipt. I look at her and she says is there something wrong. I say yes my sandwich is missing. So she rings up another bill i say egg sausage no cheese. Rings up the bill i pay and wait ten minutes. Still nothing. I am watching other customers comes and go, not even my coffee yet. I walk up to the counter and had them my receipts and then I get my coffee a few seconds later and sandwich 5 minutes later with No sausage, its a egg with cheese. Now I don't like to post bad service unless its ongoing. Almost every time I stop in port Chester DD the service is sub standard. It unfortunately my meeting place for over twenty years with my old friends. I will not be stopping there anymore I will go to the diner across the street or pick up my DD in North white plains before I head to port Chester. Just my thoughts. Kevin

Went in a few days ago to get two iced mocha lattes and a donut.nThe lady at the register told me they can't heat up donuts. Not sure if this is true but other Dunkin Donuts have done it when I asked.nThe two lattes were so dark it looked like they put 10 pumps of mocha in each. At this point I don't think Dunkin has one universal way of making drinks. Each store I visit makes the drinks completely differently.

Service is good but slow. I ordered a Iced Matcha with coconut milk (they do not carry coconut milk so I ordered almond milk instead). For this reason I gave it FOUR stars.
