This is a funny moment to write a travel review, but I think it's maybe one of the most revealing and important times, actually.nWe had saved for years and then planned the family trip of a lifetime through Cruise and World Travel and had to cancel because of the pandemic.nNancy Yale and her staff, Sylvia and Karissa, went way, way, WAY above and beyond to fight for fair and full refunds for us. They received NO payment for this, but did so because it was the right thing to do in terrible times. It was touching and impressive.nAt a time when so many people are devastated for so many reasons, Nancy and her staff were a bright spot. They gave us hope.nOh, and they did a great job planning the trip in the first place.nWhen all this is over, no question we will rebook through them.
Sylvia was amazing and made our entire trip a dream come true. Even in the face of the pandemic she was on top of our itinerary every step of the way. I can't recommend them highly enough!
We just returned from a family trip in London and Paris. I can’t thank Sylvia enough. Thanks to her expertise we were able to enjoy this dream vacation. This was a spur of the moment wish, and Sylvia tailored an amazing experience for us in a short amount of time. She took care of every detail with my senior parents in mind. All we did was pack and show up. The transportation was perfect from London to Paris. The hotels she recommended exceeded our expectations. The Lanesborough Hotel in particular was wonderful!! Our private tour guides were friendly, and knowledgeable. This was our second travel experience with Cruise and Travel. I highly recommend them. I will be planning our next trip with them soon.
Just returned from a trip to Vienna which was a tack on to a group trip to Poland. Nancy figured out our complicated situation and all our flights worked out perfectly. She got us a free night at the Ritz, an upgrade and sent a delicious treat to our room. All in all a great experience
This is our second time utilizing Cruise and World Travel for our overseas trips. We used them for our honeymoon to Costa Rica and now our ten year anniversary to Grenada and just as before, they were wonderful! Everything was very well organized and we were informed on all of the details prior to our stay.
