I cannot describe how this woman has helped me in life. I suffered serious skin picking. I would mutilate my face until it would bleed. I would do this for hours, losing track of time. After these episodes I would end up bawling my eyes out because I never knew why I was doing it. I would beg myself to stop, but I couldn't. I was a slave to it.nnWhen I first walked through those doors I was desperate and never once did she look at me with pity, or judgement. She didn't look at me like I was falling apart at the seams, but saw the woman who was determined to change and had a fire to do whatever it took. And eventually thats what I saw too. Fran not only helped me deal with what was going on but WHY it was happening. Before I was unable to even speak about it. Now I speak about it with self confidence, without judgement, or apprehension. She helped me identify patterns in thinking, helping me learn even more about myself. To this day I use the techniques she's taught me. I am FOREVER indebted to this woman because she changed my life and gave me freedom.
