I prefer to use Colonial over any other pharmacy for the simple reason that they know what they are doing! They never send me away with out a question being answered. Its like Russian roulette with out pharmacies if a disclaimer doesn't prompt them on their end of a screen. They products are of great quality and amazing selection. Thank you for braving out for us and providing the best service during these challenging times

Beautiful interior and high quality professional service. Got a custom mixed prescription filled here quickly. Great selection of products, and knowledgeable staff who can help select products. This is the kind of place that I hope is always around. Very refreshing in an age of unhelpful CVS locations.

The prices at Colonial are on par with national chain pharmacies, and they offer a wide range of specialty items in the store. The problem is the counter staff at this pharmacy. If a doctor calls in a prescription, they refuse to check if it's been received. You cannot deal with them over the phone, so it always requires a trip to the store, just to get someone to look on your behalf, and then be told it's not been received. The pharmacists themselves are the most helpful and knowledgeable individuals, but they cannot make up for the lack of service by the staff. We want to support local, but we are switching our business to other local pharmacies just so we can have timely access to our medications.
