Waited in the drive-thru for several minutes, while waiting we have made eye contact and no one came to assist.. horrible service.

I have been visiting this Walgreens past few years. Very clean and organized shelf’s they always fill them and make sure every customer is comfortable shopping. They have very good sales people they are always warm and welcoming. I would always recommend this as they have huge parking space and the store is very spacious except that it has limited hours wish it’s open 24hours.

This is my second time coming to this Walgreens and having to wait more than a half an hour to get my prescription medicine. This is unacceptable, when it finally gets to me my turn, I asked the women who was handling the prescriptions if she was alone and she told me yes. Come to find out while driving off that she was not alone. The pharmacist was there, in the computer doing god knows what and not helping out. I can’t imagine that he needed to do so much work in the computer. If he knows there are TWO long lines, he would have the decency to help out the women give out the prescriptions. It’s ridiculous being here for that long. Btw I was in the drive thru line outside.

One star and I’m being generous. Customer service is awful, they advertise a product, but they can’t produce it. They give you every excuse under the sunnThey keep you on hold for endless time and than conveniently hand up. Never again

Never a bad experience here. When you need service it’s pretty quick which is good when you need to get something done. It typically has everything you need so no complaints from me.
