Their building is strategically placed right across from the train station. Do not be fooled. If you're going to be gone all day, do not park here. This is not a public garage, they close at 10pm, and I found that out the hard way.nnI parked here at 1:00pm to go to the city for the day. I got back about 12hrs later and the garage was gated up and the entrance to the building was locked. This is very frustrating as I then needed to UBER home ($50!!). There is no indication anywhere that its not a public garage, or that there are certain hours they're open.nnI'm hoping my car was safe over night. If it wasn't, I'll be sure to extend this review.

The garage is unsafe for you, your car and your family.nnNo defined parking spaces (lines are worn off).nnAll parking spaces are for compact and sub-compact vehicles.nnNo clear direction markers - everyone makes their own rules and drives against traffic and make their cut-thru lanes. The lighting is very dim and ideal for muggers.nnNo security or they are all at Bank of America. If security (unarmed parking attendant) is visible - he is on his phone having a very loud, personal conversation and doesn't know you exist. You will not be treated with respect in any way, shape or form. If you have any issue or complaint - you are immediately wrong for bringing it to management's attention.nnHouse rule: The customer is always wrong. You assume any and all liability. You may be in violation of your automobile insurance.nnYou are parking in an inner-city parking lot and COMPLETELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. The garage provides no service, no customer service and no protection.nnThey will ticket and tow at random and when they see an opportunity They don't care if they damage your car and the nearby cars while doing so.nnThe garage is so packed there is no room for a tow-truck to remove your car without crushing all cars in the area.nnPLEASE TAKE SEVERAL PHOTO IMAGES OF YOUR VEHICLE before you exit the garage. Include any other vehicles, as well.nnLock anything of value out of sight and in your trunk.nnIf you absolutely must use this urine smelling facility, I highly recommend parking on the roof. There is plenty of room and no cement to fall on your car.nnPLEASE BE SAFE!

I paid the $3 parking charges at the Kiosk as suggested by Security Guard. Later while exiting, it again forced me to pay $3. Else it was not allowing me to exit. Interestingly the guard was not around when I was leaving. This is a broad light robbery.nnDon't bother to pay at kiosk. Just pay while leaving.

Parked at 7:00 am to go into NYC. Personal plans changed causing a late return to Bridgeport on the train at 2:14am. Walked up to lobby door to see sign indicating garage closed at 1:00 am. No signs were visible to us upon entering the garage to park. Guard at B of A refused to open it up for us leaving us with no where to go but the streets around the station. Once we get into the garage will look for and post signs

Went to NYC at 3pm, came back at 10:30pm.........and everything was closed!! Didn't see any notice indicating that. Fortunately, security guard at Bank of America bldg next door got another security person to let me out (after paying $20!).
