This garage came under new management over 6 months ago and since then the maintenance of security in the garage has all but vanished. There are three main gates that typically closed after 8 or 9 pm to keep from trespassers, while the doors to the garage were locked as such that a key card was needed to gain entry into the facility at night and before 7 am the next morning. If you had a ticket you could also get access so the system worked wonderfully! Over the last several months the gates have not closed once and the doors are unlocked 24hrs a day. As a result there have been teenagers using the ramps in the garage to ride their bikes and skateboards while vehicles are driving through. My vehicle was also broken into as there are only cameras at the entrances to the garage. We pay monthly to park here and we have never had an issue until now. The police have been notified on several occasions as these teenagers have been found in the garage late at night. The management of the garage have been notified multiple times but gave not fixed the issue.
