Worst Housing Authority ever. Waiting on paperwork for almost two months when my unit has failed inspection several times with the landlord being at fault. Pamela Wright is the worst caseworker and DOES NOT have any of her tenants in her best interest. I was promised to get my voucher on October 1, 2018 by the director of section 8, so I cut the utilities off because I located a unit and was ready to transfer services over. Well my unit failed inspections, so I cut the gas back on. Now there are no inspectors that can come out to check that my services are indeed on. The director of section 8 program in Bridgeport, Ct will live directly to your face, when this is a government program and with that being said, why do they hold these benefits from those in need.
They never respond back quickly enough workers take there sweet time give attitude and then get mad when they are backed up with a ton of phone calls because they never answered still waiting a month in a half for paperwork from them that is very important definitely needs a manger and organization
