My husband and I were completely put at ease by the informed, personable and professional nurse. She answered all our questions patiently, explained upsides and downsides of each inoculation, and really made getting a bunch of shots a breeze.

Thorough, pleasant, convenient and accommodating. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Very through, I feel confident that I won’t have to worry about my health when traveling. However, the cost for the vaccines are expensive and they do not accept healthcare insurance; you must submit a claim directly to your carrier. It will be interesting to see if anything is covered when I submit my claim.

Don't be fooled by the pleasant customer service staff as I was. This company is partially franchised; gave me the impression of only interested in charging high fees to make a profit, not as a knowledgeable/trustworthy travel clinic. As a frequent traveler I read the CDC and WHO sites prior to my visit so I was well aware I didn't need the laundry list of all of the vaccines read to me. The desk in the room was covered in kits to be sold to me. After waiting several weeks for this appointment, I am furious with the experience and recommend anyone looking for travel vaccines to call your local health departments, hospitals, urgent care centers and other travel clinics, even if you don't have health insurance because they will be more affordable and knowledgeable. PH doesn't accept health insurance and they are the most expensive (by far) for the vaccines I needed across the entire state I live in. After hours of research and phone calls, I was able to make an appointment with another facility to meet with a knowledgeable doctor who made me feel confident in his consultation and vaccine recommendation, and was MUCH more affordable than Passport Health. Only go here if you have no other choice, otherwise, please don't waste your time and money like I did.

Idk if it’s possible but I did not feel anything when taking the yellow fever shot. Almost debating if i took the vaccine or not, bandaid didn’t have any blood nor did I feel the needle hurt when it was ejected in the back of my arm. Hoping I didn’t get scammed.
