I always get my booze here. If they don’t have what you want they will order it for you. Excellent customer service. Would get drunk off their booze again.
They have the best customer service! Any time there is something I can’t find, they will order it for me and notify me when it is in stock. Highly recommend!!
Didn’t have the beer I was looking for. Asked Vip about it and he had it in stock next time I came in. GREAT service!
Called them to inquire about Blanton’s bourbon they said they had 1 bottle left in stock and would hold it for me as i told them i would come now and be there in 30 minutes as i live a half hour away. I offered to pay for the bottle over the phone & the employee i talked with said he would just hold it for me under the counter and take care of it when i got there. Drove the 30 min there and they said they sold the bottle...i understand the times were in and i even understand that holding the bottle would’ve been a favor that they didnt have to offer. What is upsetting is that they could’ve simply called me and said they sold the bottle so i didnt have to waste my time going there, they could’ve taken my payment over the phone, or not even offered to hold it in the first place. Poor customer service.
