I would give this zero stars. As a local resident my daughter was so excited to get her ear pierced here which is listed as “no appointment needed” on specific dates. I called several times throughout the week to make sure I didn’t not need an appointment Or that the woman was actually there during these uncertain times. Each of my calls was answered by a less than enthusiastic woman who claims she couldn’t hear me and assured me to just come in as instructed on the website. The day finally came where I scheduled my day around this service; got in my car and gave one last courtesy call since my teen was so excited. The woman answered again and said she could not hear me and not to come in since there were too many people. I mentioned I called her all week to secure a spot - and she seemed ungrateful for the local business and said not to come. Take your business and money elsewhere Westport! Customer service is everything as well as common courtesy.

Love this place! The staff is so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They have all types of jewelry in all different styles and price ranges so there's something for everyone. Lida and her staff go out of their way to make sure your completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

Brought my mom when she was visiting. She enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and nice to her. She found a piece she liked. There were some interesting pieces. I would say the pricing is fair.
