I called on 8.17.20 very friendly I asked if I could possibly get an estimate and the woman’s response was I will have Brian call you back, when I asked who Brian was she gave me such an attitude like it didn’t know who Brian was!! Instead instead of saying just Brian maybe start with Brian is the technician or owner and he would be the person to give you an estimate.nnI hung up on her I rather not do business with someone that can not speak professional to new clients can you imagine if there is a problem how would this company handle your problem if it’s starts with an attitude...nnNOT PROFESSIONAL IN MY EXPERIENCE
