I can't say enough about these people and pawn shops in California could learn a mass of information including about customer service from Gold Rush Pawn. They handled FFL for my son, who lives there now and actually sent me regular updates (you don't see that often). I never had to worry about their integrity and it's the second time we have worked with them. I HIGHLY recommend their service!
Henry and Jackie helped me make an FFL transfer to CA really easy and professional. Jackie kept me informed of the progress all along the way even though my FFL was dragging his feet. What nice people and great customer service!
I bought a pair of boots from them off eBay. The lady was super nice. She worked with me to attempt local pickup, but it didn't work out on my end. She then reached out to me and arranged shipping. Super lady and great business. Would buy from again
This is by far my favorite pawn shop, The staff is very knowledgable professional and curtious!! There are 2 employees that come to mind that want to thank and give kudos!! Rob and Henry, they are very professional and always going the extra mile to help customers!! They are just amazing and when ever I have an issue or needing help, they dont even give it a second thought, they are right there and willing to help me out.....These guys really make things alot easier for me and always smiling and willing to help!!! Thank you for always a great experience!!!
