The whole staff there is amazing! I love them all! Trish has helped me pick out so many beautiful pieces. The goldsmith on site, Lisa, is seriously the best in the business. I am rough on my jewelry and she always has a smile, and the love for her job is evident in her craftsmanship. I will always recommend this place, best jewelry shop in the valley for certain!

Wonderful service and friendly! While I was looking, my jewelry all got cleaned. I went in looking for an anniversary present . Anniversary was less than a week away and I had the stone to be used. Found the perfect setting and they got it in the next day asd their Master Jeweler was able to set it that day.

Very helpful people. I went there not knowing anything about a piece of jewelry I have. When I left I knew what it was about how much it was worth and they even cleaned it for me. I was very impressed with their knowledge and was even surprised that what I thought was a piece of costume jewelry was not.

I was very happy with how friendly and quick the costumer service was at first but when I realized these people can’t even install a battery correctly it was a little alarming. I brought in a Casio g shock, and when they installed it, the back screws were overly tightened so the face inside was crooked and the buttons on the side stuck when pressed in. No offer of a refund after driving all the way back.
