They did a fantastic job re-polishing my sterling silver necklace. What threw me off was when they said there’s no fee for polishings. Now I feel guilty because I didn’t get anything from their store. Thank you for this! Hannah is one of the greatest managers that I have had the opportunity to work with. She is very knowledgeable and will do anything to make her customers happy. The assistant manager, Skylar, is also extremely helpful and very kind. This store always looks clean, the jewelry always looks well displayed, and everyone is always ready with a smile to greet customers who enter their store. I highly recommend buying jewelry from this store.
