Don’t walk...RUN AWAY! Just had a ‘lady part’ wax appointment and I was left BLEEDING with only 1/2 the job done. The worst experience I have ever had. I am not a complainer, but I want to warn people because this is more about safety, not vanity. I will never return. EVER

Had a gel manicure with Michele and she did a horrible job. Polish all over my cuticles some of the polish was shiny others parts dull. It was bubbled and my nails were filed uneven. I went back to have them do my nails over and in a different color because Michele clearly wasn’t good at using a dark color and they wanted to charge me for a polish change. I said I shouldn’t be charged for poor service. So I had to come back when the manager was there which I did and the manager was rude and told me I HAD to tip the nail tech. I saw Mina and she was rude and rough and one day after seeing her my nails have some type of strange coating. Clearly the top coat or the light is no good. Stay away from this place. They are rude and their products are obviously defective. I don’t want to go back and complain because I don’t feel like dealing with rude people.

CONSUMER BEWARE!! Never going back! Went for a color dip manicure on Thursday before a wedding I was in on the weekend. Two nails chipped the next day which was Friday, went back on Monday to have them fixed and by Tuesday all my nails other than the ones that were fixed fell off. When I went back to have the chipped nails fixed, they were rude and unapologetic. I was so upset that I had CHIPPED nails on the day of my cousins wedding. By the way this manicure that lasted 4 days which should have lasted 2+ weeks cost $50 without tip. Way over priced for service you receive!

their service is actually ABOVE excellent, from moment i walked in i felt better already. Highly recommend this spa for anything you need. see Lia the manager for appointments, James for your nails, Annie or Jessica for pedi/ wax, and crystal for facials. They are all awesome but these guys were my team on Friday. Having four people take care of you is how i like my spa Fridays. thank you guys for everything, and the Korean lemon honey tea was amazing!
