I currently attend the Labco School of Dental Assisting, LLC. I am in my 13th week of a 15 week course. I love this school and especially my Instructor, Laura. The class is split into two disciplines: Lecture and Clinical. Lecture is a review of the notes/reading of book chapters and Laura peppers her lectures with real-life, and often humorous, examples of a dental assisting career. Clinical is hands-on practice in a dental office setting and teaches vital chair side skills.nnThis an expedited course and the ideal arrangement would be to seek employment while also attending the classes. I was hired into a Dental Office prior to starting class and I am so grateful that I can get everyday practice while also prepping for classroom tests and clinical reviews.nnLaura offers her help with your job search and will also give you a written review at the end of the class to help with outside employment. This is part of the class offering. Prep for state exams is extensive and extra help and support is personally offered by Laura. She is accessible by phone and text outside of the classroom and returns calls with quick return time. She sends out group texts to encourage her students throughout the course.nnBecause of this course - I believe I will be an outstanding Dental Assistant!

Labco is an amazing school. Laura the director of the school puts her all into her school. She’s passionate and makes the classes fun and exciting. She thoroughly prepares for the DANB exams. I was able to find a job before graduating and passed all my exams! Love her!

I graduated today from Labco. I am thrilled with the education and experience I received from Laura, the owner and teacher. I am now prepared to take the radiation exam and infection control exam, in addition to my knowledge of dental assistant skills. Laura treats her students like family and does everything possible to make sure we succeed. The price for the 15-week program is very reasonable and prepares you for a new career in a short time. Some of the students were hired while still in the program. I’m very happy I decided to attend this school. It was actually fun!

Such a wonderful experience!! Well informed!! They took the time to make sure you understood the information given. Would stay if you needed extra help. Can't say enough about this school and the staff! Loved them all!
