I was very happy with the service I received from Bud Blocks! The receptionists were so kind and did their best to schedule for your needs. I was impressed also that the day before you had a reminder call followed up with a call the day of the appointment from the technician to schedule exact time. Matt was the repairman to fix my washer. He was so courteous, warm, professional and prompt and had great customer service along with he was very knowledgeable on the washer that needed fixed and fixed it perfectly! He also was respectful with wearing of the “ booties” and “ mask” ( for this season of life) which I like!ud83dude0aI will definitely use Bud Blocks again!
As an employee in property management for 20 years, I have always found Bud Block Services to be the #1 business I turned to for Appliance repairs. They are in high demand within our Community, yoy may have to wait 3 weeks to a month for your appointment (summer), or you may have to use the option for quicker service and bring a refrigerator into their shop, either way, they are the best of the best and well worth the wait. Why try the rest, when Bud Block Appliance Repair is the best? Those crying on here about waiting, entitlement only goes so far ... when you want the best, sometimes you wait.nDeborah O
I have bought parts and had repair work done from bud blocks and I have received great service with every encounter. They have provided good communication throughout the repair and they make sure that all the parts they use or sell are brand new and come directly from the manufacture. I recommend bud blocks to anybody looking for reliable service.
We bought a new house and refrigerator was broken. The earliest appointment was 2 months out. We waited. Confirmed appointment 1 week prior. No one showed up. Called to find out what happened. They found out our part was on back order and there is no known date of repair. We wasted two months not having a full working refrigerator. Their communication is lacking. I recommend finding someone else that can communicate.
The folks here are always so lovely, and I really appreciate that they will give you an honest assessment if you're looking for replacement parts instead of just trying to sell you something.
