Jean and Joanne are very professional and accommodating. They keep the place very clean. Other than that, the best thing about this place is that it is the only storage facility in the area with indoor loading and unloading (great when it is raining or snowing).
Great staff and facility. I was with Trumbull Self-Storage for a few months while I relocated in 2019. The big win is the loading dock.

I can't say enough nice things about the owners/operators at Trumbull Self Storage. The process of obtaining a unit was quick and easy, they were helpful and happy to answer any questions I had, and were also happy to help me out with an insurance claim. During a rain storm, water leaked into my unit damaging my property; Jean called to notify me that there was water outside my unit, and after I noted the damage, she helped to corroborate the story for insurance purposes.nnGreat location, easy access with a door you can pull a truck into for loading/unloading, and a secure building.
There's something still to be said about going with a family owned/operated business. Moving my family back to town was the world's biggest pain yet these guys went above and beyond. The Romano family were gracious enough to help us figure out our storage needs and despite the fact that circumstances made me change plans a number of times, I knew they'd help make it work.nnIn short I wish there were more stars to give. Thanks again Trumbull Storage!!
