She has been great help to put together a package of home/auto/umbrella insurance coverage that is appropriate for my need & situation & with whatever discounts that I qualify. Sherri is an amazing agent. I use her for both my homeowners and auto insurance needs. She always shops around for the best prices, keeps me informed of any policy changes and the reasons for the changes. She is also very patient. Diane Donahue is the best! she got us new insurance policies (from quotation to issuance of the insurance policies) within a week, and the cost is less than half of the insurance I have previously. Anyone with a insurance policy older than 5 years should check in with Diane, She will go out of her way to find you a better insurance policy.
