Marvelous customer service! I walked into the building with some very small silver pieces that were given to me by an ex. (Yuck.) I didn’t want to look at them anymore and was prepared to accept ANY price just to get them off my hands. The associate I worked with researched the price of my items and offered me an amount that was so pleasantly surprising! I’m very pleased and will recommend this establishment to anyone! ud83dude0a

Having never sold jewelry before, i was apprehensive to say the least. But Paul at the Monroe sight was a delight. Space is very clean and plexiglassed and one one customer at a time. Felt very safe.nPaul is very knowledgeable and took as much time as i needed and taught me about the intricacies of weight and troy. He's polite, takes his time and i was so very happy to have just lucked out walking in out of the blue. I sold a few items and he told me to think about the others and call himwhen i made up my mind.nI would recommend CT Gold highly. A very pleasant transaction.
