Original bbq burger was better than the new version. But still excellent

Best breakfast around!
Excellent food and reasonable prices. Good selection of new and different sandwiches. The thai chicken salad was very tasty. Cute little patio out back, public restrooms, a store and deli combined, and quick service. Great pit stop before a day visiting the farm right down the street! Recommend!
Food quality is ok if you don’t see how’s it’s prepared but since it’s open space and you can see how they do sandwiches- it’s disgusting- most employees use bear hands which is against the law (for ready to eat food). I approached manager Steve who in somewhat shaking voice told me that law doesn’t strictly prohibit them to use bear hands for ready to eat food - it’s wrong. He kept saying that they pass all inspections regularly but it means nothing if they ware gloves only when inspector is there, but again most shocking is his outright lie about law (can’t believe he doesn’t know it). I didn’t get food poisoning there and if I didn’t see bare hands - I would have probably gave them 5 start but that’s not the point- there is law which they don’t follow and lie to customer. Calling town on next steps...
