I've been a member for4. Years. This is the first time I had Tammy she was great she listened to what I wanted and made my day I felt amazing when I left will definitely be asking for her again.

I scheduled an appointment prior to coming in for a Lymphatic Drainage massage. I was very specific when I scheduled the appointment. The receptionist assured me that they had someone that could take good care of me. I made arrangements for my children and headed to my appointment, filled a few documents and waited. Once my turn was up the masseuse was completely confused as to why they would say he was knowledgeable in Lymphatic Drainage massage. Him and the receptionist were going back and forth about what he specialized in, etc…. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be going back there or recommending anyone for sure…

I decided to stop in and IT WAS AMAZING. The staff was just so friendly and the atmosphere is clean and calm. I had received a 90min Facial and it was just perfect. I would love to go back and try one of their massages soon. They use Murad which I loved because I left and my skin was so clear and radiant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I regret signing that contract!!! I tried requesting an appointment online, no one ever got back to me. Tried to make an appointment and nothing is available any time soon for hours I can go. Now I pay a monthly charge for Massage Envy and I can't even get an appointment. So I go to another place down the street pay less for the same quality massage basically whenever I walk in :(

It was ok for a franchise... definitely better ones out there with therapists who have more experience...ask about the experience of a therapist before you book with one ...anything 6+yrs will probably give you a better massage...but that's only my opinion...
