I always go here if I need a U-Haul. Service is fast and the people are friendly and helpful.
This has to be the most unorganized place I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. Their communication is absolutely horrible and that is me being nice. The gentleman Dom who pretends to work there is completely incompetent and should never be left alone to answer questions. Jen it was a pleasure talking with you but I am still waiting for a call back from last week regarding transportation from JFK! Ring any bell? Horrible, but you get what you pay for I suppose. Can not believe we trusted these people with our children.
I have used them quite a few times and have always with pleased with the service. I will continue to use Bargain Tours in the future.
